Struggling

Ok so I wasent great today :( think it has something to do with trying to start on a weekend with my husband and son who can eat anything they want. I was good for breakfast had eggs but then we went out for lunch and I didnt feel like a ceasar salad again so I ended up having a lobster pizza (thin crust) and then the rolls were literally staring at me.lol. so I had one. Then of course the day was ruined so I had meat and cheese tray for dinner ( and ice cream ) boo. So ive decided I need to start on a day that I can control most of my day and not have the men who can eat anything around me. Im still going to try to eat half way decent an dthen begin bright and early mon morning.

Checking in.

So I didnt make it to the gym today but I did go to my house and clean and vaccuum mop and then I cleaned my car and really just kept busy. I did have some eggs this morning and then a salad this afternoon and im really trying to drink alot of water. I think thats really my hardest part is making sure I drink enough water. So im on my way to low carb days and I already feel better. For dinner Ill probably have another salad and I think Im going to the Chikee Bar so michalob ultra to drink. :) thanks to all for their support and good lucks. Just remember if I can do it so can you so lets all do it!!!

Day 1 (Again)

Ok I know I said that I would be back last night but I wasent feeling very good and was kind of busy. So for dinner last night I had Marineted Salmon Steaks and a small salad and mixed vegitables. Also I went to the Gym and did 15 min on the stair climber (150 cal.) and the did lunges with 7 lb weights on each side, squats w/weights, and a whole bunch of situps. Then I got on the arc trainer for another 20 min (200 cal)
So far today Ive had a small low carb/low sugar yogurt and im about to go to the gym and do some cardio and situps and maybe some jump squats. Im going to go to the grocery store for a few things and im hoping I can get over this sore throat. As im writing this im watching Blanes Low carb Kitchen and Mmmm it sounds good. Ill check back in in a few and update.

Im Back!!!

Im back. So I really feel shitty lately and I told myself to start blogging again to hold myself accountable so I might as well start now. Today I told myself again to start a low carb diet just to get my cravings and diet under control but for some reason I cant get started! Im starting to lose all the hard work that I put in and I feel lousy about it . So in order to start right I am going to write down a strict 3 day beginning diet and I have to ollow it no matter what. I hope to work my way back to the point where we ended the boot camp and in order to do that I need to get back to the gym and back on a diet for a while. I need the routein of diet & exercise. I am goin to put together a menu and exercise plan and post it so that I see exactly what im doing wrong and right!
Today I really wasent into it and failed once again to begin a diet but starting now im going to do it right. I ate a 6in sub today and then decided that cookies & crackers sounded good but then I stoped & said no, I dont need this, I want to feel good again! so for dinner Im going to have chicken and veggies after I got to the gym & do cardio & weights. I will be back to get into more detail a little later. Wish me luck :) or just kick me in the ass. lol
