So I didnt make it to the gym today but I did go to my house and clean and vaccuum mop and then I cleaned my car and really just kept busy. I did have some eggs this morning and then a salad this afternoon and im really trying to drink alot of water. I think thats really my hardest part is making sure I drink enough water. So im on my way to low carb days and I already feel better. For dinner Ill probably have another salad and I think Im going to the Chikee Bar so michalob ultra to drink. :) thanks to all for their support and good lucks. Just remember if I can do it so can you so lets all do it!!!
