Ok I know I said that I would be back last night but I wasent feeling very good and was kind of busy. So for dinner last night I had Marineted Salmon Steaks and a small salad and mixed vegitables. Also I went to the Gym and did 15 min on the stair climber (150 cal.) and the did lunges with 7 lb weights on each side, squats w/weights, and a whole bunch of situps. Then I got on the arc trainer for another 20 min (200 cal)
So far today Ive had a small low carb/low sugar yogurt and im about to go to the gym and do some cardio and situps and maybe some jump squats. Im going to go to the grocery store for a few things and im hoping I can get over this sore throat. As im writing this im watching Blanes Low carb Kitchen and Mmmm it sounds good. Ill check back in in a few and update.
