Day 1, Jan. 16th 2010

Well, back again! Today we started our Bootcamp workouts again and this year my husband decided to join in. It was a very dificult first workout but I am pumped!!
I ate well today, I had a small piece of quiche (homemade, crustless) then for lunch I had a piece of cedar plank grilled talapia with a side of veggies. then I had a low carb yogurt and for dinner a salad with steak on it. I feel a little sore right now but am so excited to get back in the groove that a little soreness is the least of my worries.
So far, because I started working out consistantly about a month ago, My stamina is far beyond what it was last year and my knee isn't bothering me yet and niether is my hip. I am really excited about this opportunity and I plan on making full use of it. I will deffinetly be back to keep you all posted & to keep me accountable.
