All right I dont know what im doing wrong but im getting frustraited!! Im working out 5 days a week minimum, eating low carb, and watching my portion control but im just not dropping the weight!!! Arggg. I think i need to shock my body so im attempting to have only water, tea, and shakes for at least 24 hrs. If i can last longer I will.
So as for a status on my soreness im almost back to normal so I think im going to push myself today. I might go run and do the elliptical as well. Ill also do situps and weights for arms. I dont want to kill my legs so I wont be able to go to the track work out tomorrow so im not doing any lunges or squats yet. well see how tomorrow goes in regards to that.
