Alright so its a good day! Im 2 lbs. closer to my goal!! Got on the scale at the gym and it said that I've droped a total of almost 7 lbs.! and this morning my scale at home, on which I weigh myself every morning, said 8.4 lbs. total loss!!! So I started about 174, right after christmas, and now im at 168.6! Its about damn time! lol. I had a sensible lunch, 1/2 chicken breast with a sauteed spinach mix on top, and had a shake for dinner. Yesterday was my cub scout day so it was a bit rushed but I snuck in 30 min. on the eliptical and sat in the sauna for a few. Love that when Im sore. I think I really have to figure out a way to eat dinner earlier or if I can just have a shake. Although I know that wont happen all the time I need to get used to it. I know while I am on vacation's and stuff it will be harder to gauge these things but Im feeling better and gettign closer to my goal everyday!! once I find something that works I tend to drop fairly quickly but this time is a little hardder. I know Im working out alot more than yaers past so I believe that Im gaining muscle as well which could be why the scale isnt droping quickly. But im ok with steadly instead of quickly. Good news is that the hotel we are staying at in Disny has a full gym! not just a few machines but a full gym!! Now to try to get Lucas to join me. lol that wont be easy. I think im going to bring a pedometer and see how far we walk. Its got to count for something right? Well I think I will be happy if I can maintain while we are there and then if I do lose some It will be even better!!! So far Ive had a shake for breakfast, Low carb chocolate with a scoop of peanut butter & ice, and a cheese stick. Im drinking green tea and a lot of water also. :)
