So today I've have very little energy, I didn't sleep very well last night and I couldent really concentrait. :( Maybe ill have to take some tylenol pm tonight. I started out ok today but then got home & kinda binged a little. Im very dissapointed in myself for that. But I did make it to the gym and did 30 min on the Elliptical, 10 on the treadmill (eventhough I felt like my knees were going to give out on me, lol, j-e-l-l-o) I also did some arms and I feel a little better after that. I am going to make some chicken & veggies 1 some noodles (low carb) tossed in olive oil w/sauteed garlic & some parmesean cheese. something simple. :) Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
