Mon January 25th

Well, had a great weekend, good workout on sat except for my pulled muscle :( boo. so far ive dropped about 7 lbs since I started right after christmas!! Yay. The scale finnaly started budging last week and I droped about 3 lbs! Im eating well and trying to create a long term diet so I can find some sort of normalcy to my eating. I dont want to deprive myself completly but I do realize that I need to drop quite a bit of weight so I am trying to find a happy medium. Im analyzing my interaction with food and what sets me down the wrong path. I know that I cant allways be on a "diet" but i need to find a way that it works with my life. My family and I are pretty active and busy and I know that I cant allways eat the right thing so I need to find out where I can give a little and get a little. Slack a little on the weekends and stick to it during the week. I do react well to a low carb lifestyle but that is not allways possible. But im finding out that if i cant stick to it perfectly for one or two meals but if I continue exercising and then go back to low carb eating for the majority of my time I do alright. I have to find something that works with my life!! I am loving the bootcamp workouts and the track workouts and am hoping that I can continue in some way doing this after the program is over because I still have a long journey ahead of me.

Today ive had a piece of quiche and a coffee for breakfast and for lunch a low carb/low cal smoothie with a multi vitamin with a pressed turkey wrap. Im drinking a lot of water and plan on a good workout tonight!

  1. I am not sure why my picture is not showing up on your followers thing.It is my though if you want to follow me as well. Mindy told me today that I am not eating enough. Never thought I would hear that one..lol
