Alright today was a better day. It seams like my little jump start worked yesterday. Droped a little bit & feel like I regained control. I ate well today. Didn't over eat and had good control over my cravings. yay! lol. I had a piece of quiche for breakfast and a piece for lunch, I had a coffee at lunch time as well. Then we went to the track workout and it rocked!! I am very happy at how well I did. I definetly need to continue running at the gym though. need to work on my time ;-) For dinner we had roast beef and some sauteed spinach. I was careful of how much I had and didn't over eat so now I feel just right. Thanks guys for your comments, tips, and support. its nice to have ppl to bounce things off of. Night.
