Back Again

Hello, So yesterday was my husbands birthday so we had shrimp scampie for dinner and a ceasar salad. Now I replaced the regular pasta with a low carb for a total of probably 10 carbs total for the pasta, shrimp and salad. Then they had a carrot cake and I had a low carb yogurt with some whipped cream mixed in (dont knock it till you try it) I did go to the gym and went on the elipticle for 55 min and then did situps.
Today I made low carb pancakes for breakfast with 3 sausages ( 7 crbs) then for lunch I had a cobb salad (5 crbs) now im getting ready to go to my weight class and not sure what to have for dinner but ill let you know.
