Hello, well today I went to the gym this morning and did my cardio on the elipticle 55 min 500 calories. I didnt have much energy so just getting that done was difficult but I did it. I was actually hungry this morning so I had 2 eggs with little sauteed spinach (3 crbs) 2 sausages (2 crbs) and 2 pieces of bacon (0 crbs) and then I had a yogurt smoothie (4 crbs) 8 carbs so far and Im not hungry for lunch so Ill probably have something small for lunch. My mother inlaw is coming in for my husbands birthday and were supposed to go out to dinner tonight so well see what I have tonight.
Did I tell you I had steak and asparagus for dinner last night? And I weighed in this morning at 166 lbs. again :)
