Hello there :) Woke up this morning really tired and its persisted most of the day I had a cup of coffee this morning (3 crbs) and actually felt a little hungry today. I weighed myself this morning and was the same as yesterday which is fine because Its weight that I lost that has stayed off and thats the point right. When I got home I made some eggs just like yesterday but I put less spinach and only 1 tbs. sour cream so its a total of 5 crbs. So far today thats 8 crbs.
I am realizing that I forget to drink water alot so I really need to pay attention to that. I picked up a couple of low carb cookbooks at a used bookstore and I would totally recomend looking at your used bookstores for diet books and cookbooks before you pay full price at the bookstore. I picked up books that would have cost me $25 a piece for $2.50 a piece. Not bad.
So the points I have to work on are eating on time consistantly and drinking more water.
Today im a little bloated, if you know what I mean, but Im going to go to my weight training class tonight, Im really upset at myself for missing tuesdays class. I also have to start doing more situps. Right now Im only doing them 3 times a week and Mindy and Livio suggested everyday so I guess I need to pick it up a little bit. Be back later.
