Wed. night

Ok Katie and I went to the gym and did the stair climber for 30 min. and man I still cant believe how hard that thing is. For dinner I had a chicken breast and veggies with a little spinach side salad. I drank alot more water today than I did yesterday so im hoping that helps a little. Hopefully I went back down to what I was and maybe a little extra ;p Im going to down some more water before I go to bed so I get a bunch more than yesterday. In the morning Im going for a bike ride again and then ive got weight training at night. I want t start another class to mix it up alittle so I think on mon. im going to do a kickboxing class. See you tomorrow.
