Hi guys so I got on the scale this morning and it was 166 again :( I just hope I havent stalled for to long here. I has a coffee and a yogurt for breakfast before the workout this morning. I was really off my game todya at the workout, My knee was killing me and I just felt tired the whole time. Really got to pick up the pace this week. If I can swing it Im going to do cardio every day this week. I am going to take tomorrow off. I think were going on the boat so if its not to cold Ill do some laps in the water. After the workout I headed to the farmers market and picked up some zucchini and im going to make low carb zucchini muffins so I can grab and go. I had some smoked salmon there and another coffee. After that we went to the Art show and all I had there was some sauteed artichoke hearts. yummy. Right now I just had a spinach salad. I think were having grilled shrimp for dinner but ill come back later and check in.
I need to figure out some knee stretches or exercises because its really annoying me lately. I feel like Im not doing as much as I can because of it. I did notice that Itwas alot easier to do the pushups today so maybe its time to push myself into real pushup. Like Mindy and Livio said 95% is in your head.
