Sorry I'm a little late today but I made it. today should be my last day of cravings but I really haven't had any this time so I'm going to be careful. Finally feeling a little better today but I still didn't have much of an appetite. Anyway some great news is that I weighed myself this morning and got a 169.o lbs.!! That's a total of 5 lbs. since Monday.
- Today I had a coffee for breakfast for a total of 3 crbs.I ate eggs for lunch today around 2:00 with 1 tbs. butter (0 crbs) 2 garlic cloves (0 crbs) 1/4c of spinach (1 crb) 1 tbs. onions (1 crb.) 2 slices of turkey (0 crbs) 1/2c egg beaters (2 crbs.) 1/4c shredded cheese (1 crb.) 2 tbs. sour cream (2 crbs) that gives me a total of 6 crbs
- Tonight I had 2 Teriyaki chicken breast for a total of 8 crbs and a spinach salad with Italian dressing for a total of 4 crbs. I found some sugar free soy milk at publix that has 1 carb per serving. They have chocolate and vanilla so I had a cup of the soy milk and mixed it with ice in a blender and a little bit of whipped cream on top (2 crbs).
So my total carbs for the day were 20. Right on track. So how am I feeling? Well I've dropped about 5 lbs. in 3 day and I feel less bloated and honestly I feel like I'm less attached to food. I am not thinking about my next meal, the next snack, craving desserts or anything. So I'm feeling pretty good. I feel like Ive lost my dependence on food. Obviously I still need to eat to live but I don't feel like I have to have those chips, or that cookie so I feel......relieved......I did make it to the gym today and did my cardio on the elliptical for a total of 50 min 550 calories.
