Good Morning! Well I'm loving the scale right now, 166.2 lbs.! Yesterday was super busy. I did pretty good at the party but I'm not quite sure what my carb count was. I had a burger patty with some taco dip on top and a couple of pieces of cheese, a hot dog (no buns of course) a few slices of pickle and 2 Atkins bars. I have to be really careful of those bars because the sugar alcohols really turn my stomach if I have to much. I didn't have any dinner last night and we decided last minute to go out and I had a glass of wine and 2 vodka tonics so I'm pretty sure I had too many carbs but we danced so hard I'm pretty sure I burned of any extra calories & carbs I may have consumed.
Yesterdays workout was great! Thanks for kicking our buts Livio and Erica :) I would love to go workout today but my knee is really bothering me and I don't want to hurt it too much so that it hinders my normal schedule. But well see I might feel better later and end up going. its so pretty outside I'm thinking the beach sounds good today. I'm going to take my measurement a little later on and ill re post with results. Bye Bye for now.
